Re-Roof Existing Structures
Many existing homes have multiple layers of roofing that must be removed prior to a new roof
installation. Loberg Roofing has extensive knowledge and experience to ensure house and property are
protected during the tear-off process.
Retrofitting new roofs to existing homes often requires custom flashings and technique to
ensure a long lifespan. At loberg roofing we have our own full-service sheet metal shop and can design,
fabricate and install many different custom flashings to fit a variety of applications.
